This Privacy Policy explains how Rzi Team safeguards user privacy and handles financial ledger data in OMNI Manager and OMNI Manager Pro.
1. Offline-First Architecture & Data Confidentiality
OMNI Manager operates strictly on an offline-first foundation:
Local Room Database: All customer balances, transactions, khata ledgers, supplier payables, inventory records, and notes are processed and stored locally on your device in an encrypted Room SQLite database.
No Centralized Cloud Database: We do not operate cloud servers that harvest, centralize, or analyze your commercial transactions.
Biometric & PIN Security: Access to your records is guarded locally via SHA-256 hashed 4-digit PIN authentication.
2. Google Drive Permissions & Limited Use Disclosure
Google API Limited Use Disclosure:
OMNI Manager's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specific Scope Requested: The application requests access to https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file solely to allow you to create, upload, and restore your own encrypted backup files within your personal Google Drive account.
Strict File Isolation: OMNI Manager only has access to backup archives that were created directly by the app itself. The app cannot read, open, alter, or delete any other files, documents, photos, or sheets present in your Google Drive.
Client-Side Encryption (AES-256-GCM): All backup files are encrypted on your device using military-grade AES-256-GCM before ever being transmitted to your Google Drive vault.
Zero Data Selling: We never sell, lease, transfer, or share Google user data or financial records with any third-party advertising or analytics networks.
3. Voice Khata & Speech Recognition
The Voice Khata feature parses voice input for party names and transaction amounts. Voice processing utilizes native Android Speech Recognizer APIs on your device. We do not store or transmit raw audio recordings to any external third-party servers.
4. User Rights, Data Portability & Deletion
Because you retain 100% ownership of your data:
You can export clean, itemized PDF reports and backup files at any time.
You can permanently wipe your entire local database directly via the app settings.
You can delete your cloud backup archives at any time directly through Google Drive.
